How long does shipping take?+
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days once shipped. You will receive tracking by email.
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How do I know my size?+
Our Size Guide has measurements and fit notes for every size. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us and we are happy to help.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you created an account, you can also view orders in your Heiress Society dashboard.

It is our free member world: giveaways, early access to drops, rewards, and pieces curated to your taste. You can join from the giveaway or the Society page.
How do giveaways work?+
Enter through the giveaway page by sharing your details and taking the short style quiz. No purchase is necessary, and each giveaway has its own official rules.
